How do I sign up and install NXLog Platform?

Why am I experiencing broken links in NXLog Platform?
In some rare situations, links in NXLog Platform might return HTML errors such as Forbidden or Name Not Resolved.
The most common reason for this issue is that you are signed in to your NXLog Platform on-premises and cloud instances with different user accounts.
To avoid this issue, ensure that you are signed in to the same user account in both instances.
